ASSISTANT ENGINEER (BIM)

Responsibilities:

  • Model development, construction, documentation and production techniques
  • Prepares and update REVIT model (Coordination Drawing)
  • Prepare 2D & 3D shop drawing and as-built
  • Create REVIT families with parameters as per project specific
  • Prepare and update the drawing registry 
  • Create and update BIM models based on contract drawings and latest information
  • Ensure integrity/quality of the model and drawing
  • Identify issues for Engineers where discrepancies occur during design stage
  • Assist the project and other departments on drawing documentation
  • Attend to site for the coordination meeting for drawing 
  • Had opportunity to involved in System Design and Configuration

Requirements:

  • Specialist Diploma in BIM or equivalent
  • Proficient in AutoCad/Revit & Microstation (2D & 3D)
  • At least 1 years experience in working as architectural draftsperson

SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for software prototyping, requirements analysis, design, development, test, system integration and site integration for developed applications
  • Design, configuration, test, integration and maintenance of Automation & SCADA systems and applications
  • Provide technical, deployment and commissioning support to Project Teams and Customers
  • Maintain and enhance software applications in both functionality
  • Provide software support via on-site troubleshooting, testing and tuning of applications, software network, protocols and communication issues

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science
  • Experienced with two or more languages such as C/C++, C#, Python
  • Experienced in at least one scripting language sch as Python, bash, ksh, bat, ps
  • Experience in real tome/embedded system
  • At least 2-3 years experience in C/C++ and at least 1 full SDLC
  • Knowledge/Experience with SCADA protocols, RDBMS, REST, MQTT are desired
  • Possess strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Eager and ready to pick up new skills
  • Team player with good written and spoken communication skills
  • Able to start work immediately is preferred

ASSISTANT ENGINEER

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Liaise and coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams on a regular basis in order to perform the assigned tasks
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to installed security systems, ELV, and controls & instrumentation systems and the related peripheral devices
  • Attend urgent fault calls, troubleshoot, follow-up and resolve the issue
  • Assist on the A&A, enhancement, and upgrading works related to the existing deployed system
  • Monitor and maintain the minimum required to both clients and internally on a regular basis
  • Assist on the claim preparation to clients

 

Requirements:

 

  • Diploma/Degree in Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, Networking, Computer Science or IT
  • At least 2 years related working experience on the security system, ELV, and controls & instrumentation system
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Class 3 driving license is a must
  • Own transport will be an added advantage
  • Training will be provided

PROJECT ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage facilities, security projects and maintenance from concept till complete
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design custom solutions
  • Implement and optimize surveillance techniques
  • Implement maintenance regime on facilities ensuring low downtime
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet the highest quality standards

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Instrumentation Control discipline
  • At least 2 years hands-on working experience in ELV, CCTV and project execution
  • A team player
  • Good knowledge of Electrical control
